What ? You mean that they implemented it but didnt stated it in patch notes ? or you surprised that they did NOT implement it ?

They had rough notes they were going to be working on having chest loot be for all, they did not explain if they have rolls randoms like others MMO"s that group leader could do greed or need depending on what group agrees to etc.

That way if a caster Sorecor robe drops etc they could get it etc.

Why would they implement a roll system when all the loot is instanced to the player?

Open chest, everyone gets a loot window pop with their own loot. End of story.

And its in upcoming patches not yet in-game.

I have been lucky so far, a few good groups, and if something in the chest was suited to a class or role the way the were playing it was put out to the group and that person could loot it. Had a few that one or 2 took everything too. So it goes both ways.
