My breton templar build(advice)

I just wanted some advice on it

race Breton
weapon bow
armor 5 heavy 2 light(I like the look of heavy armor)
attributes 35 magicka and 15 stamina
Role ranged dps/off hand heals


skills
Ultimate Nova
1 Sun Fire
2 poison arrow(might switch out for snipe latter)
3 Piercing Javelin
4 Rushed Ceremony or Healing Ritual

so I am a ranged Templar I open up with sun fire and poison arrow and then use piercing javelin to knock back and allow the time for sun fire and poison arrow's dots to finish up(poison arrow softens magicka use) and then I just spam a few arrow shots till I can repeat.

I am not sure which is better Rushed Ceremony or Healing Ritual I want to use it for off hand heals for myself and others.

I am not really sure which ultimate to use or what my 5 slotted skill should be any advice.

My bowplar opens from stealth with a conventional power shot, then I sunfire the SECOND foe in the group (the first is still stunned) and then I finish off the first target --- light attacks, sunfire or poison arrow as the mood strikes me. By this time the second foe is near and I use the knockback-arrow (the name of which I forget) to knock him back then likely re-apply sunfire.

I got the poison arrow morph that stuns casters; not sure if it stuns them ONLY if you hit them WHILE they're casting or if they are stunned if they cast while the DoT is active but I usually hold off on the Poison Arrow... although now that I think about it, that means the DoT may not go to full term.

I forget which heal I use; instant-cast, whatever it is. I may swap out of it later on --- it's nice to be able to heal, but in solo play I find it's better to go ahead and WIN the fight; in the time/magicka spent healing myself, I end up taking MORE damage than I healed. When playing near others, though, the heal has saved many lives, so I may keep it around just in case.

As for my layout:

Nova Ultimate

Sunfire (snare/dot thingie)
Poison Arrow
Heal (insta-cast, Rushed Ceremony?)
Knockback-arrow

The fifth slot I will usually place a skill from a second weapon line I'm working on --- useless to me, except to gain exp in that weapon line. If I NEED the slot, I may put Soul Trap in there (only until the gems are filled) or against Daedra I'll put the silver bolts crossbow there... or against hordes of foes, Volley.

Aside from the Ultimate, the only Templar skills I see myself using are some kind of heal (insta-cast) and the snare/DoT.

Yea I can't really see me using any other weapon than a bow long distance is just so easy.)
