I even did it when there was nobody else in the area, and he still despawns when he arrives near the river. I have now completed as many quests as I can in this zone and will just move onto the Rift I guess.

Yesterday evening when I reached "Our Poor Town" -quest, there was like 50 players waiting for him to respawn. This morning I woke up early and managed to kill him with no problems, but few hours later I could again read in zone chat about same spawning problems due high amount of volume.

Just completed all Quests for Ebonheart, currently in VR zones. ~ The number of bugged quests itself is quite small, but few of them gets buggy due the high volume of players in the area.Maybe they dont want that players get through the "content" too fast
