Request: Complete UI/Frames (player/party/raid) addon with decent design.

I am big fan of slick complete UI's (frames for player, party, raid, etc.) which have simple yet attractive design. So far i've seen only two semi-decent UI/Frames mods and both lack functionality and design so here i am asking someone to design full package of unit frames based on Shadowed Unit Frames addon from WoW. This WoW addon is simple, functional and gorgeous both in design and his simplicity.
If someone would wan't to make this addon give me a shout i would be happy to help in overall addon design. Sadly i don't know LUA/XML so i can't make this addon myself. I was looking for any good "hot to" tutorials on addon making in ESO but i didn't find any ;/
