Breakdown of Skillpoints

Anyone know of a site where the breakdown of skill points is given? I can find how many skill points there are in the game, but that doesn't help me estimate how many I would have as, for example, a new level 50. I know how many skyshards there are, I can work out how many dungeons, I know I can get a skill point each level, what is a mystery to me is all the other sources.

I ideally want to know how many skill points are available for completing all questlines in each zone and why I got two skill points from taking part in a campaign (I have my suspicions but don't actually know). I'm guessing there's a forum post or website entry somewhere with this but haven't been able to find it.
