Server location

Hey guys, does anyone know if the server was moved to Germany yet? Or is it still in NA?
Please don't leave a comment if you have no idea / if it's just an assumption.

I'll be glad when the ability delay is gone.

Only happens in PvP. There is no lag as such but there is a second or two between me hitting an action and it happening during big fights. It can be quite annoying.
