Spirit Armor Buff

Does anyone know where the Spirit Armor buff came from? I have had it for awhile on my character and I'm wondering where I got the buff.
It gives 5% armor. (Will post SS later when I get home from work) It sticks with me no matter which zone I go into. It does not seem to be related to the elder scrolls. I'm more or less wondering where this buff came from since I have no Idea were it did.

That is what I was thinking, but I was not sure of that. Does that mean that the other two factions have similar buffs or am I mistaken on that 2?0
