is keen eye permanent or do you have to keep spending skill points on it.thanks

Its permanent. Every additional skillpoint spend only increases the range/radius of it. Every crafting skill line has its own keen eye. (Despite the fact, that they all have the same name.) On top of that it is a passive ability, so it doesnt require one of your skillslots.

thanks the reason I ask is because before today's update I had it,when I logged in this morning it wasn't there and I had to use a skill point to get it back.not a biggie maybe I should have waited a bit longer
