Lvl 50 story quest (No spoilers because i can't get it due to bug)

So i hit lvl 50 (Veteran 1) and no one popped up for my main story quest....I'm hearing it's bugged....so that means i can't go into the veteran content.....GG..

Anyone else having trouble with the lvl 50 story quest popping up when in town?
Am i insane for being pissed off at this game for being so broken right now?

The level 50 quest can be completed when you make your way all the way North in Coldharbour.
I won't say more than that, because it's difficult to without giving away any spoilers.

I'm not asking how it's completed...I'm asking how I get the quest. I never had anyone pop up and tell me to go to harborage (Like every other quest)

Did you complete Coldharbour's *main* quest line (in addition to your personal main quest line)?

If not, from what I've been told, this needs to be completed before the quest initiates... I'll be continuing to work on the Coldharbour line when I get home tonight... I'll keep you posted.

Just a follow up, after spending a few frustrating hours last night trying to figure out why my quest log said that I needed to save certain individuals when those individuals were already saved, i took a leap of faith and abandoned the quest... Wouldn't you know it, as soon as I picked the quest back up, everything was completed and I ended up finishing coldharbour! Onto the veteran content!!
