I'd like to hear what others chose. Trying to take the ethical high road I was thinking of telling her to stay but ended up going with her leaving. I think it was the best ethical decision. If someone wants to debate me on this (or if you agree, I can take devil's advocate and argue the other side) that would also be fun.
