Hey, all:)
Do the small Heal Over Time's from Strife in the Siphoning Line and Blood Craze from the Duel Wield Line stack?
In other words, I cast my Strife and the hot starts ticking. Then, I strike with my Blood Craze and the hot starts ticking. Do they stack, or does the second one cancel the first one?
