I recently ran some trials to see how much haste actually increased my attack speed. The tooltip says that light and heavy attacks should be 30% faster. However, after 10 trials of attacking for 17 seconds with and without the haste buff, I did not notice any real increase.
Without the buff I was able to shoot 15 arrows.
With the buff I was able to shoot 16 arrows.
A 30% increase on 15 arrows should have been an average of 4.5 more arrows, not 1.
I noticed that the haste buff seemed to increase my attack speed for about 2-3 seconds right after I casted it, but afterwards my attacks slowed down to their normal speed.
I only tested this with a bow so I don't know if its working for any other weapons. Does anyone have any comments to add? Should I post this as a bug?

Vodkaphile✭✭✭It's not working as intended (or at all). For me, it only shows an increase at all with a bow if I clip a heavy attack before it's done drawing, then start spam clicking.0 -

Teloran✭✭✭I think it's broken specifically with bows. This is probably due to the fact that bows have slightly different attack mechanics to allow people to hold a fully charged heavy attack. Have you tried with other weapons?0 -
Chelo✭✭✭✭✭The issue is with Bows, I have Agility (+5% atk speed) from Medium Armor skill tree and I didnt notice the difference when Im using a Bow, but I can notice it with my 2H Sword...
The real issue is that atk speed isnt working on Bows...1
