Dragon Knight Offensive Tank Build

I'm trying to find a build for a new dragon knight. I'm looking for an offensive build that is able to tank. Something that can do some decent dps but still be able to tank.
I'm looking for race recommendations as well as skills.

I did see that, and I'm going to try that. But I would also like some other submissions from such a big audience that I know this game has. :-)
