Loading screen issues!

I had problems with Loading screen, especially for cyrodill, where after the screen passes i was suddenly out of guilds and with no friends on my friend list which i previously had, same issue with lost gold. the gold from main bag is missing. That's some stupid bug that needs immediate attention.

There's some kind of late night (my time at any rate) lag that's going on the past few days. It seems to impact chat to some extent (at least as far as ignoring gold spammers goes) and then other features shortly after logging in (guild/friends lists). They are clearly aware of it and working on it, at least. Last night they disabled guild functions entirely for a little while before restarting them.
