Cannot Skip Intro/Tutorial Quest Area

After I had the bank slot/items issue, I noticed I could no longer skip the tutorial! Thinking it had reset on me when my bank upgrades were killed and my Imperial Edition items were resent to me, I played through it again.

Today, I was resent my Imperial items for a third time, and found yet again I could not skip the tutorial.

I'm a bit of an altoholic, so this is pretty frustrating to have to deal with.

Anyone know anything about this? Is it related to the bank-slot issue, or something else?

Me too. I have two accounts running on the EU server, one has had the bank bug twice and hasn't been able to skip since the first time, the other has had no bank problems and skip is working fine.

Glad I'm not the only one having an issue here! It's probably not a big deal for most people, but for me, it is!

I found if one quick runs through all the quest dialogue in Coldharbour, can get through Coldharbour really quickly.

I skipped Coldharbour once during beta, then regretted it. So when I made alts, I do it now. I'm pretty happy with it, I can still speed run through it so to speak, and still come out of it with my pack full of stuff, and some levels gained.

I have the same issue - I guess when the system resets the account to 'new' status all the account wide upgrades are lost: bank upgrades (incl. money stored), welcome mails resent, ability to skip Coldharbour.

Just the missing skill points don't fit here, as they are character based. Makes me kind of wary towards doing anything at all if the character based stuff is also not safe.
