each dungeon has a quest that reward skill point..
if we finish the quest at lower level, going back to the same dungeon at veteran rank, will there be new quest that reward skill point?
or is it 1 quest per dungeon veteran or non veteran?
can i ignore going to other faction and do it at veteran? will i lose any extra skill points?
