question about hidden Weapons skills

ok i was wondering if any one knows about how weapons work what are the differences in the one handed weapons like daggers and axes or swords they do the same damage at the same levels but do they have hidden skill like harder hits or more crits faster speed? just base weapons like crafted one enchanted or upgraded just Basic one

There are passives in the dual wield and 2h skill lines that have different effects based on weapon type. Other than that, there isn't a difference between an 1h axe and a dagger.
