Werewolf and Vampire Spawns

Ok its been about 5 in game days, and im trying to become a Werewolf... i have read all sort of information about them. but i cant find any sites that are anywhere similar... all the way from the spawn points to when they spawn... nothing is the same... so im wondering. is the spawns related to the moon cycle, and if soo what phase... been running around on full moons and cant find any werewolves... unless this is bug.... kinda getting boring waiting around for something that isnt gonna spawn

phynster✭ya it was a full moon yesterday and there was 30 of us there waiting for the spawn and nothing happened... its been 3 rl days and not a single spawn at all...0
