Provisioning Recipes Question

I'm currently working on a spreadsheet for Provisioning recipes that can be sorted by level, faction, type, etc. Does anyone know if there is a recipe for every food/drink that be purchased from Chef/Brewer merchants?

Not sure on your question, never bought from a chef, but this shows the craftable recipes. Someone posted on another thread.
