"A graveyard of Ships" Still bugged!

This quest has been bugged for about 24hrs+ there hasn't been a gamemaster that has come around to fix the dang thing, we get rid of the enemies the guy says "Got it" it looks like he goes in but then he returns back on the ground(Resets Himself). All the recommended fixes don't work.

Yep. Tried every workaround in the book on this one, plain can't be done.

And normally would care much, it being a sidequest.. However it really sucks because this quest is required to get the final skyshard in coldhabour.. So yea, less skill poitns due to this.

Actually the first truely 100% uncompletable quest i've encountered tho. (Others players told me were uncompletable i've managed workarounds, but yea this one just isn't happening).

I think it MIGHT work if there werent constantly 5+ players hovering around it. It properly just confuses the AI since its a proxity script that fires off when ppl get close. (and obviously some ppl completed it in the past, given they know where that last skyshard is)

Nope. Or at least about 30 guys standing next to him is not enough. Getting him killed by skeles won't work either.

In cases like this why can't ZOS just disable and autocomplete this phase so people could go on their merry ways? Same with Mr. Bal being untargetable. It only held everyone from getting into veteran content for what? a week or so? Not fun.

You can still get the last skyshard, near Wailing maw there's a huge log you can climb
