The change I most want to see to ESO...

...is small, should be relatively simple to implement by the developers, and is entirely non-controversial, but would be a substantial quality-of-life improvement for all players.

What I want is this: for costumes, pets, trophy items, maps, containers (and any other item that either has no gold value or cannot be sold to a vendor, and is not used by any profession) to be given an item category flag similar to the 'quest item' designation, so that they do not occupy a 'slot' in the player's inventory (but unlike quest items, have the ability to be deposited in a bank and transferred between characters on the same account, as with other 'bound' items).

The rationale behind this is simple: players should not be forced to choose between collecting 'fun' items or prioritizing their inventory space for more practical equipment... they should be allowed to collect these items without feeling like the resultant strain on their limited item storage is a punishment for being a degenerate hoarder.
