Heirlooms, power leveling, etc. for alts future ideas

While I love the quests and all I am starting to think later on it will become tedious trying to level alts. I have noticed that the quests for each faction are pretty much the same, and it looks like those who want alts will have to repeat them a few times since questing is (at the moment) really the only way to level without hours of grinding. I would love to see future updates that would allow us to level in other ways, or add in heirlooms that allow veteran players to level faster. I don't want to put in another 100+ hours just to have an alt I can use for my guild. Perhaps a system could be implemented where the player could spend a large amount of gold to buy levels for an alt of the same faction. The player could still go back and quest and get the skill points and such. I think it would give us the freedom to play the game how each individual wants to play it.

I guess it will be plenty of ways to power level alts. How is xp chared if an level 3 and a level 50 kills a level 50 enemy?

The thing I love most about elder scrolls games is the freedom to do what you want. I don't see why heirlooms with a 10% exp increase can't happen. ZOS has already basically done that with the Mara ritual.

If you group an level 3 and a level 50 and kill an level 50 enemy how much xp will the level 3 get?
This changes from game to game, WOW he would not get anything, some other games split xp.
