Weapon swapping: Not very snappy

Feels like it gets stuck queued up by certain animations. It's REALLY awkward when you're not sure if it was overridden because you swapped too early and end up double swapping instead. Thoughts?

It definitely needs a fix. Same thing happens to me, its gotten to the point where I have a heal spell on both actionbars because I cant trust the weapon swap with its delays etc

I agree. I'm moreso set on dual-wield...but I like to start off with a taste of my bow's abilities before I charge in and ravage an enemy....I guess I'm still too fixated on my Skyrim style...I typically have to hit the ` key several times to get the switch, in which case I've lost all momentum that I established. Also, I have this same problem with using the Q key for potions.... I have to completely stop fighting and spam the Q key until the potion finally kicks in...by which time my whole scheme is obsolete.

@nhisso You don't experience lag from the animations?

What weapons do you use and what context do you often swap? Range to melee? Range to range?
