Nightblade Assassination Pressure Points = Broken

So I was excited to train level 2 in this: Skill increases critical strike chance +3% per assassination ability slotted. Well it's just busted doesn't do a damn thing. I removed all assassination abilities from my bar and I have the same +critical chance with 0 abilities slotted as I do 5 abilities slotted.
When I trained level 1 of Pressure points I didn't really notice my crit rating go up so this time I paid close attention I mean +3% per ability slotted is easy to track. Yeah broken skill.
