A question about how time passes in game. (Tamrielic Date and Time)

I have one of the Tamrielic date and time addons. I like it, but I have a slight issue with it. It's not entirely accurate for the in game passing of time. There are 5 day and night cycles for every 24 hr period right? Well the only add-ons I see are based on Whichever timezone you reside in, with the Tamrielic Calendar replacing Saturday, April the 12th with Loredas, the 12th of Rain's Hand for example.
That system is not really accurate with the passing of the actual in game time and days is it?
Does anyone know of a date time mod I might be looking over?
Could I possibly be overlooking an in game feature that is not turned on by default.(If so I cannot find it)
