Advice needed .... Which questline should I finish first? Main one or Coldharbour?

I am at the point where I need to decide which mission should I go to. From the story point of view, which one should I go for first? Is there a particular order or It doesnt matter?.

Cold Harbor, if it also helps, cold harbor can be done before lvl 50, the main story cant, so its designed to go first

But it's not set in stone. Do it as you like. There is no order of things that gives a bonus or makes you missout

Seems to me the Faction one should be the first to go.
