Fallen through the world 4 times in the last 10 minutes alone. Wtf?

Definitely continually submit reports for that as well as directly email them. If some of us have never fallen through the world and others having this kind of perpetual issue, there must be some divergent factor. A discussion with the support team might be helpful to everyone involved.0 -

Alyrn_Grey✭✭✭One thing to watch out for is when you are in a building and heading for the exit. If the exit is surrounding by glowing white/blue sky do not use that door. No matter how much you want to go outside. If you do use the door you will exit under/over the world and fall.
You do have options when you see a door doing that. You can simply pay the gold to wayshrine out of the building. You can logout to the character select screen an back in. I didn't think of it last time it happened to me but you might be able to /reloadui to reset the door.0 -
Daenerys✭✭✭✭this happends to me a lot, well flying up in the sky happens more than falling through the world- BUT the fix is the same. Just log all the way out, close then restart launcher, and voila! you'll be back in and all good.. well till the next time anyways 0
