Group Dungeon System is BAD !!

Why the group dungeon system in eso is very bad , they only make you play each dungeon once just to complete the quest and get skill point , and i hate that way because people dont join group dungeon for loot so its hard to find players without spamming the chat

YOU need to add loots from bosses , epic or blue atleast Please!!
