Can someone make me an addon?

I am an old Mortal online and darkfall player, and a huge fan of the elder scrolls series, what i want is less bars and numbers(I know, I know dont murder me) and more visual ques when i get to 50 % health i want blood splatter, (still want the health bar but maybe it could be slightly see through) and near death vision goes a little black and white and red and a heart beat sound effect ... I dont want something that blocks the fov to much, but I would love to have a more immersive hud, with the ability to make things opaque and such, if you have the time and ability or if a mod like this is already out please let me know,
