    I see the Khajiit must have only been able to get 998 cats to all dream the same dream together. Pity they couldn't manage 1,000.

    Semi-related since someone mentioned him in an earlier post, but is it just me or is Raz infinitely cooler than Jakarn? Jakarn just seems like the standard Rogue slash walking STD, Raz just seems deadlier etc. Maybe it's because he's a Khajiit, I dunno.

    You can have mine. Jerk has been in my face and (after getting kicked out) scratching at my bedroom door since 7 this morning.
    Every time someone swears, it gets replaced with three asterisks. There's only one three-letter swear word that I know of. I read that in the place of every set of three asterisks. It makes for some amusing sentences.

    I'm rather suspicious that the "cats" are really alfiq. Some of them don't act very catlike.

    Alfiq are one of the varieties of khajiit; they can't speak human/mer, but they are intelligent and can do magic.

    If Khajiit can have pet monkeys, then my Bosmer should be able to have a pet cat. I promise I won't let her eat it.

    Seriously, there are kitties and puppies all over Tamriel, and they are *adorable*. I am especially fond of the Siamese in the bedroom of the Vulkhel Guard Manor House. I think we players are being gently nudged in the direction of coveting pet cats and dogs...

    There are several quests where you are temporarily accompanied by an NPC's pet dog, so all the technical work has evidently been done to make a four-legged companion run fast enough to keep up with a running or mounted player. I bet they will become available in future, either as an add-on purchase like the palomino horse, or for a special event.

    Khajiit seem to be always sweeping floors. Aside from Raz who occasionally shows up, I haven't seen them do much else. I want a cat to clean my player housing.

    I tried to get my wife to play Khajiit and follow me around but she said no.

    My plans for a pet cat failed.

    This one thinks it would be a cool idea to have certain emotes that can be done only with a pet out, like fetch, hug (because you know you want to), pet, etc. Also, why not a pet gaur? Or senche tiger? Senche tiger mount (less of a good idea)?
