Eating magicka and stamina food, the magicka runs out faster. why??

ok so my pal made me lvl 20 food, increases max magicka and stamina by 115 for 1 hour. the magicka effect disappears after 10 mins ar so but the stamina stays for 1 hour
is it a bug or am i missing something ??
