[REQUEST] Game Data Interfaces (Web Services)

Hi,
this request is not directed to the modding Community but directly to ZOS.
Has it been planned or is there a chance to get direct acces to live game data without running the game application?
As you may know it's not uncommon (e.g. EVE) and would enable the development of more great missing applications like "my current char stats"-banners, guild and pvp dashboards, guild store overview & notifications, crafting & research planners etc...
All, of course, always in the context of a paid authenticated account.
There may be crappy workarounds to create those applications without web services and direct access to live game data (like local data logging to custom db), but it would be a highly appreciated and valuable addition to the community and a sign of high end technical community support and commitment!
