RVR since patch - crashfest?

Getting annoyed now, logged into the game 10 mins ago, 3 times now the game has gone into a huge lag spike then crashed. Didnt see any crashes till the patch the other day. Anybody else having this? Each time ive crashed ive gone through a keep door, (usually with a 5sec delay) not good when you have enemy shooting at you
