Werewolf Damage Comparison

A lot of new Werewolves say the damage sucks. The damage doesn't suck.
This is done with top notch weapons. My dagger and mace are both blue and at my level, both with damage enchantments. My bow is a purple, my level as well. In fairness, the weapons' levels are higher than the giant's level. I was using Flurry often with the daggers, which is the highest-DPS skill in dual-wield (475 damage for me).
If you want the full effect of Werewolf, get to rank 10 (Easily in an hour or so of grinding) and get the passives. Don't get to rank 3 and complain that it's bad. Werewolf has its issues, the damage isn't one of them.

WW damage isn't calculated with weapons. Damage as a WW is based solely on the amount of a player's max stamina. This is why the first passive at 1 point lends an additional 10% stamina and 2 points lend an additional 20%. Another passive give the player additional maximum stamina with each kill while in WW form. (The longer you last in WW form the more powerful you become.)

Players who put the majority of their attribute points into stamina will notice a vastly larger damage output.

I know, by saying what weapons I am using I'm implying that the damage I am doing in normal form is very fair. I didn't just strap on scrub gear to rig the damage comparison or something.

Ok I understand what you are saying now.

I know werewolf damage doesn't suck but that is not the problem. The problem is werewolves suck in PvP because we take more damage and can be CC'ed constantly without anyway to dodge or break it.
