Cloudy Dregs Inn

Whoever designed the Cloudy Dregs Inn in Wayrest did an awesome job! The place is teeming with atmosphere and the bard girl standing by the fire singing her songs is excellent. All that is missing is a bunch of people standing around RP'ing and it would be perfect
