Zenimax why cant players that already did a quest help you, do you want this to be single player gam

Zenimax,

why do you want this to be single player game and not a MMO?

I have cancer and due to it , I am struggling to kill few bosses for story quest and mage guild quest as well as sir hughes fate , other players are willing to help me finish it, but Zenimax would rather we not be to finish it,.

I will give you 1 example just 1 MMO of many that has it right Swtor star wars the old republic if you cant finish any quest or even class story quest, you click on toggle in options then you can go with the other players from your guild or friend or total stranger and you can help them finish the quest.

Why Zenimax would that be bad, don't you want players with cancer and disabled to be to have fun and chance as well?

As is stands I am not going to be sub next month due to , I hate solo players games and I am stuck on quests that cant advance my game without help, and its just stupid.

Dungeons are another reason 3 exp per mob for a kill?
most the loot are in chests, that 1 player ends up looting all the chests, and there is no need before greed roll from the chests so all could share the chests in group equally, as it stands 1 player trolls and takes all the chests instead of shareing, even if you kick him out of the group, then he still is in the instance then he just keeps taking the chests and trying to train mobs to your group.

    Part of me is sorry to hear about your condition, but significantly less so when you say this.

    Their phasing tech leaves much to be desired, but it has nothing to do with your disability or illness.

    There are a ton of posts about this mechanic already. I suggest you search for them and read the discussions.

    And there are threads complaining about the public dungeons. So there are alternatives to leveling though single player quests.

    @Glithanes‌ You really should submit feedback like this in game by using the /feedback tool. ZOS pays people to read it there, but not here. Also, no one can get snarky with you for stating your honest opinion with /feedback.

    We all wanted an elder scrolls experience with friends, I thought that was the main reason they made this MMO otherwise why bother? Why not just call it something else?

    I don't agree with forced solo instances/quests in MMOs, never have and never will. I have always wanted them to be OPTIONAL to solo or bring a friend/help along. That's the way a multiplayer game should be otherwise I would just go play a single player game.

    I think we should be locked in our groups phase no matter what quest or different quest line we are in. You're on a different part of a quest than your friend? Oh well you can help him catch up, oh you made a different choice than your friend? Oh well give them an alert telling them their on a different choice part of the quest and ask if they want to stay and be placed in their choice or keep their choice and be phased out into their own to match their choice.

    For regular quests, yes, we should be able to redo them with a friend. For the instanced stuff, it's fine to have to go it alone when it's designed that way, but when you're wandering around in the world herding kwama and putting out fires or whatever your friends shouldn't disappear because they're on another stage of the quest.

    Don't get me wrong: it's cool that our actions make changes in the game world. I like it that when I go back to the village I saved, it's peaceful and people are rebuilding - makes the world seem more real. However, while I'm grouped, I'd accept being phased with the person who had the least progress in order to keep the group together. After all, having your friends disappear and be replaced by floating arrows does not make the world seem very real at all.

    For anyone that says I am not a good player or would be to solo, I have cancer so my reactions with my hands in combat aren't as good I admit this, I am not as fast thus why I have died over 20 times to a few of these story or guild quests, I cant beat Doshia just to give you idea and im 11 levels higher then her, Yes I know you have to kill the bubbles or they heal her, but I have come close to killing her but in the end the bubbles that heal her start to come to fast and I miss 1 them then wham she is healed all the way back, with a friend I would been to kill her, and advance to the next guild quest but instead im stuck, same with story quest, I just cant understand who at Zenimax thought this would be good idea no matter if you have disability or your not leet player or have cancer like me with many other issues due to the cancer, did Zenimax never play group MMO's guildmates,friends new friends from chat, should always be to help you on any quest, Zenimax you should really fix this asap or this and dungeon issue alone your going to lose a lot of subs.

    I'm actually so VERY glad there's no archaic and combative need/greed roll for loot.
    However, I do agree that pickable treasure chests need to be player instanced. If one of the party members loots one, it's still there for the rest of the party to loot, much the same way DDO did it.
    It will get old kicking someone that runs ahead, skipping fights just to loot chests....and I don't think that would expel the looter from the instance, so you're kind of stuck, right?
    I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
    1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
    2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
    3) Difficulty slider.
    4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
    Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.

    TESO dungeon loot system 1 player loots all the chests group kicks him, he is still in the instance stealing all chests and training mobs watch video.

    There are quite a few people here with cancer, including me. There are still more who are survivers. (I really do hope I survive this) That isn't the reason I have difficulty with quests. I simply have poor eye/hand co-ordination and can't get around her easily to get those orbs. I can get Doshia to almost dead. The one time in testing that I did manage to take her down, was pure luck.

    I really do hope that Zenimax adds the option to group to solve this issue for people like me instead of nerfing the harvesters. I really do not want to reduce the enjoyment of the people who love soloing this just so I can solo it, when I could easily handle it with the help of even one person.

    I'll really didn't care one way or another about this issue. I'm fine with it solo, I'd be fine with it being able to be grouped. If that what ZOS chooses for design reasons then it's their game.

    I hadn't considered how not being able to group for these quests could effect people with any sort of disability (whatever the reason doesn't matter). Sort of a duh moment for me because I have played an MMO with a sight restricted guildie and we regularly would help with things that someone with good sight wouldn't have so much problem with.

    I hope ZOS takes a look at it with these sort of access issues in mind. Make it an option would be great. When I get home from work I'll send a in game feedback about it as well.

    I think that's the main issue, it's not wether or not you should be able to solo it, it's more of being forced to solo it because there is no option to group with someone who allready did the quest to help you out..

    and being forced into a certain way of playing is just sucking the fun out of it..
    there is a big difference between nudged towards a certain playstyle and getting it force fed to you...
