It bugged out on me on Nistrel. Dropped it and can't seem to remember who originally gave the quest.

To sum up,
Quest Bugged and wouldn't progress.
Dropped quest, found Sgt. Firion, picked quest back up, and progressed it just fine the second try.
Got the Glowbug Treacles first, talked to Nistrel second among wounded marines. Quest updated just fine.
