Turn Left, Turn Right, or Free Look without Mouse

My right arm has infected tendonitis. Using mouse is painful for me. I always try to avoid using mouse in game. I have bought a Joystick (Logitech Extreme 3D Pro) and I map the keyboard keys to navigate my characters in games like GW2 and AION, only using my left hand. However, I cannot do the same setup in ESO. Please help adding keyboard keys for Turn Left, Turn Right, or allow us use Joystick for Free Look.

ESO does not officially support controllers or joysticks for PC and Mac, as the PC/Mac control scheme is optimized for keyboard and mouse. However, there are a number of commercially available emulators which will allow you to use a controller or joystick.

ok I have neuropathy in both my fingertips (nerves are damaged and feeling is impaired) from chemo treatments and a joystick/controller is not an option so a 3rd party emulater will not help me. I would also like the ability to turn left or right using a keyboard key such as they do other conventional mmos, ie EQ, WOW etc

I support this request. My Partner is also handicapped and can't use a mouse or controller/joystick. I tried Space Navigator, since this device can be used lefthanded, but this is not supported.

So, to turn left/right with the KEY-Left and KEY-right (arrows) would be very helpful, or at leas lets use A and D for turning instead of just strafing.

I read a lot of this problem in TESO and it seems, as if Zenimax/Bethesda is just ignoring this problem, and tries to "educate" players to use the mouse. But some don't need "Education" for proper gameplay as you intend it. They are simply handicapped and need the keyboard command. What is so difficult about this to implement?

As long as this problem isn't solved, we will NOT play TESO.
