I'm a rank 6 werewolf - how do I infect people?

I'm a werewolf, I have bloodmoon unlocked and I'm by the hircine ritual site. That's the correct spot, isn't it? Where the packmaster used to sit around during WW quest?

So if I want to pass on my weekly bite, what do I do? Just F people or something? Halp!

EDIT: nvm, figured it out, didn't know I had to eat a bear first...

I wasn't able do bite an ally and idk why. I ate a bear, a freaking giant, a troll, an humanoid... no can do it still doesn't pop "bite an ally". Is this something wrong with the way im doing this ? Anyone have the same problem ?

There is an ability in the Skill tree you must unlock; you will then need to likely have that skill slotted if it's an active ability. It is a Passive ability called Blood Moon.

I do have the skill Bloodmoon. But i cannot bite an ally. he's in my group, i'm standing in front of the shrine in WW form and still. cannot bite anyone.
