[Request]Show player's previous response above NPC text

I often forget what I say to an NPC. Whether it be a matter of time passing, or 20 hours straight of playing making me stupid.

Is it possible to make an addon that shows what the player's response was to what the NPC is currently saying when in conversation mode?
