Does the World skill Soul Magic: Passive Soul Shatter, work with out the spell Soul Trap on the characters active action bar? (Since there is no mention of Requirment unlike other skills in the game)

Well... for the name of science, since no one else knows....

I spent a skill point in the Passive: Soul Shatter, and found out that it does not activate if the player does not have neither Soul Trap or Shatter Soul (Ult) on their active bar.

...Time for a respec.
