The point of the post was that it may help to avoid installing the complete software as he said in original post he had installed it. In this post it was suggested to just install the driver for that particular mouse. That at least will eliminate the complete software install (including the other parts) from the issue he has.I'm not near as savvy with the lingo...
"HID driver", is that the driver that is already in OS X or already in the ESO game?
HID stands vor HumanInterfaceDevice (e.g a Mouse), that seems you have installed the driver.
I suggest to install Razer Synapse1 -

mcfaen✭I recommend the Razer Naga MMOG with 12 buttons on the side! Works perfectly on my mac. Plug and play, no installation of any kind. This is the best mouse I have used when playing mmorpg.
