Whilst I jest, I am in agreement with you. I'm sure these forums will get fixed/improved but I'm also sure that is not a priority at this point in time. Most MMOS I can think of made improvements to thei forums post launch and I doubt ZoS will be any different. But for "official" forums there are really lacking. there are fan made forums better then these. For a game with so much money being thrown at it you would think the forums would be better.
