My Cyrodiil
Lowering visual settings to low, enter campaign, enter Cyrodiil, upscale visual settings to Medium ( cross hands ), bypass teleportation BUGGED stone, run through the nearest keep by foot, teleport via the stone to my team, game CRUSH, restart PC, trying to login, Access code needed, open email, write down the code, failed, failed, failed, enter TESO site, account, change password, restart game, login succesfull! enter Cyrodiil, CRUSH again, throw PC from the window, fall to sleep

If you are in a large group, the crashing is likely related to a known bug when members join a large group(crashing themselves and others in the group). I don't believe they have fixed it yet.0 -
I do have loading issues sometimes. Otherwise there isn't any problems on my end. It could be your service speed, it could be a lot of things. It sucks and sorry to hear the troubles with it. When I zone in I don't change any settings. I have not joined a large raid as of yet and have an OK connection speed(6mbs).
