I had this huge long post about this build and it disappeared. So here is the short version.
Please note that I do play this, and have found it successful. Weapon slot 1 is for damage, weapon slot 2 for survivability.

I did not fill this out to max level, to demonstrate ratio of mana/health/stam increase.
A lot of these decisions are Role Playing based, while I am not extreme about it, it does affect how I play a character in a game like this.
Goals of build - Solo questing and exploration. While assisting unfortunate players in over their heads from time to time.
Armor - Light armor for bonuses regarding magicka. More magicka = quicker clearing of mobs and more ability to use spells.
Weapon - Two handed to use block and exploit. Also for skills and damage output.
Class - Cleric for a heal to sustain myself. Quicker healing means bigger pulls and being able to solo harder mobs.
Crafting - Provisioning and Alchemy for buffs and mana pots.
Attribute spread - For every 4 magicka, 1 health, and 2 stamina (about). Provides enough magicka and stamina to sustain.
Skills-
1 Critical charge morphed to deal increased dmg at greater range.
2 Solar Flare morphed for instant cast AOE damage
3 Sun Fire, considering replacing with weapon skill to reduce burden on magicka. Used primarily for damage.
4 Aurora Javelin is the morphed version of javelin that does increased damage at range.
5 A heal, currently using Restoring aura due to its passive increase of health and stamina regen. Rushed ceremony is a good choice for quick burst heals as well. And can be used to heal self.
R Rite of Passage, last ditch heal to save a fight. Considering trying out radial sweep for its damage potential. However Rite of Passage has saved me countless times in tough fights and should not be ignored.
Combo- Use javelin at max range. Follow up with critical charge. If timed correctly you should still be in range and both will be at max damage. Use your morphed version of solar flare for AOE damage and debuff, if target is still alive use Sun Fire or another damage dealing skill to finish them off. Rinse and repeat, making sure that you always have enough magicka to use a heal if necessary. Can be used against groups of 1-3 normal enemies with ease. For harder fights ensure you know the terrain and dodge accordingly. Killing weakest enemies first.
Get in get out. You are like a holy assassin, dealing burst damage.
I plan on trying out - Radial Sweep Rite of Passage, and Uppercut instead of Sun Fire.
