If I have leeching strikes active on my skill bar and switch to my other weapon skill bar is it still active, or is it only active when i'm using the action bar it's on?

Toggles have to be on the bar to be active. It's a bit of a pain for sorcerers (I have four toggles, FOUR. Not that I use them all at once :P)0
