Add-on that changes the color of enemy ability radius

I'm slightly color blind, and really need an option to change the color, or at least make it brighter, of the red enemy cast circles or lines that appear on the ground. Are there already add-ons or in-game options that do this?

Addons aren't able to affect those colors, since they're rendered as part of the world rather than the UI layer. You'll have to ask ZOS to implement such an option.
