Please get rid of chests and containers from 4-man dungeons

At best those chests and other containers in dungeons are a distraction that have three people standing around twiddling their thumbs waiting for the 4th missing person who is looking for chests and other containers like "heavy bags" in every dark nook and cranny.
At worst they are an unnecessary source of friction that causes drama in the group when one or more feel like they are not getting their fair share of lock picking.
Maybe in the PTS it wasn't an issue with a smaller, tighter and better behaved crowd. But now that every imaginable personality type is playing, it's causing problems.
I would rather see you up the loot drop from mobs slightly in both quantity and quality to compensate and just get rid of chests and other containers in 4-man instances.
I'd rather you do this than have to resort to a system of rolling need or greed like in our grandparent's MMOs.
And while you're at it... we need a better system for kicking people out of groups. I mean, the person doesn't get kicked from the dungeon when this happens preventing a replacement from being able to come in... please fix this.
