Mark Target Not Working As Intended

Hello all,

I have just reached 30 Assassination on my NB and excitedly put Mark Target onto my bar and...I seem to get the debuff and take more damage, and I definitely get the healing for killing a marked target, but damage has stayed exactly the same - I do as much damaged to unmarked targets as I do to marked ones.

Am I just plain wrong here? Does weapon damage not equal health damage as the number shown (let's say 1000 for convenience) is then reduced by armour, but with mark target this reduction is much less?

Or is Mark Target not working as intended?

Thanks @Noreik, we'll take a look and make sure this is working properly.

It sounds to me like you're using a UI mod, so you'd be better off asking the mod creator that question. He can tell you if the damage numbers are determined by processing the change in a mob's health bar (which I think is likely) or by determining your own outgoing damage.

I have noticed this as well. I have seen no damage increase from using mark target in both PvE and PvP.

I can test it more extensively once I get home today.

^Ditto. I don't notice any damage increase with my bow. However, the 60% health return is very nice. Also, the assassinate passive that adds 3%crit per assassinate skill on your bar also does not seem to be working.
