Looking for medium sized casual guild - Daggerfall NA Server

I'm looking for a medium-sized (about 50-150 players) guild. I hope to find a guild that is casual and friendly, without too many obligations to partake in guild PVP / dungeon events.
I do not live in Europe or North America, and my work hours are irregular, so I can't always participate in guild events. I hope to find a guild that doesn't require this participation. Rather, I'm just looking for a friendly social environment and people to enjoy the Elder Scrolls Online experience with.
Hopefully a guild with over 50+ (guild store is necessary), but not a huge guild either.
I have a level 25 Healer Templar and 23 Nightblade.
